Glimpses of Life

Finally, my attempt to cook for Mark - with much supervision from him, of course :) haha realised cooking can be fun, especially when you do it together, especially breathing in the aroma of all the different ingredients and waiting to see how it finally tastes!

My family approved of the soup, hooray :) Will have to learn more dishes from Mummy & Mark...both of these are Jamie Oliver's recipes from the cookbook Mark's youth gave him for his birthday :)

Haha I guess real mushroom soup is made from real mushrooms? Actually that's just the name Jamie Oliver gave his recipe. I'm not insinuating that the other soups are fake *grinz*

Sure Galvs, I need to retrieve the recipe from the cookbook & will post it once I have it, can't remember it all from memory :)

Haha... yes the food was really really yummy :) Thank you Dear for taking so much time to learn and to cook :) Especially since you're not such a big fan of mushrooms... appreciate it Sweetie :)
